Manual processes at enterprise scale
Healthcare Compliance Pros needed a platform that could handle the full weight of enterprise compliance operations. Their customers required a place to build and deliver training content, manage policy documents through multi-step approvals, verify employee eligibility against government exclusion lists, and pull audit-ready reports on demand.
None of those workflows were connected. Administrators managed compliance activities across separate tools, and the manual overhead grew as the customer base did. Off-the-shelf exclusion monitoring tools can handle volume in principle, but running daily checks against them for hundreds of thousands of employees, business associates, and aliases made the per-query costs untenable at that scale. The economics only worked if checks were infrequent, which defeated the purpose.
The platform also had to support customers with different organizational structures, each with their own roles and data boundaries. A single permission model wasn't going to hold up across the range of enterprise clients they were serving.
A connected system built around how compliance actually works
We built the platform from the ground up, treating compliance as an interconnected workflow rather than a set of isolated tools. Each module was designed to work with the others.
Course & content creation
A full content management system for building courses, assessments, and incident reports, with customer-specific templating so each organization's content stays structured and on-brand.
Policy lifecycle management
We implemented version control, redlining, multi-step review and approval workflows, and automated document generation and moved policy management out of email and into an auditable system.
Exclusion list checking
A custom exclusion checking system with fuzzy name matching, built to run high-frequency checks across hundreds of thousands of employees, business associates, and aliases at a cost that actually works at that volume.
Permissions & integrations
Role-based access with fine-grained overrides and custom role support. ADP integration for HR and user data sync, with task scheduling for training and compliance assignments.
We also built a reporting engine for advanced, multi-dimensional queries. Giving administrators the data they need for audits and compliance analytics without manual exports or aggregation.
